Golden Beverage Solutions is a consulting, brokerage and advisory firm that focuses on working with beverage wholesalers and is based on the 34 years of experience in the beer business by Founder and Principal Randy Golden. Randy’s work experience includes leading one of the largest United States multi brand wholesale operations for 14 years, two years in the wine and spirits industry with the third largest wholesaler in the nation, and over 16 years of brewery corporate experience. This breadth of experience places Randy at the forefront of the industry and gives him a depth of knowledge few have. Randy’s distributor experience gives him a firm understanding and sensitivity with distributor issues, while his corporate roles have included those in sales management and implementing the consolidation of the MillerCoors distributor network. He is known for his honesty, confidentiality, ingenuity, and hard work.
